You will work as a Senior Recruiter in our São Paulo, Brazil team to lead our APD (Advanced Professional Degree) and MBA recruiting efforts for all the region. This individual will work closely with the APD and MBA global recruiters, a team of consultants and local team to define best strategy and hire the best talent, while strengthening and developing McKinsey’s brand. This individual will be an integral member of the Brazil recruiting team and the LatAm region.
You’ll lead an Office APD/MBA recruiting team to develop and execute recruiting strategies and serve as primary contact and counselor for international recruiting in the region, APD and MBA students throughout their recruiting life cycle (summer internship and full-time employment); be highly responsive to their needs and inquiries.
You’ll also lead all recruiting efforts to attract talent, including: identifying target candidates, building personal relationships through outreach and on-campus events, defining attraction strategy for potential APD and MBA candidates which includes local events and remote outreach.
You’ll lead all recruiting efforts to assess talent including: managing applications, selecting candidates to interview and planning and leading the large-scale interview days and all recruiting efforts to cultivate talent including: plan on-campus celebration events as well as use remote cultivation efforts.
You’ll manage Brazil office’s presence and reputation on campus by building early relationships with potential candidates, school recruiters and staffing ambassadors for MBAs and Career Services for APDs the office follows recruiting policies and guidelines, as well as, track and analyze MBA and APD recruiting results and disseminate all relevant information relating recruiting including developing annual analysis of recruiting results against historical and competitive benchmarks and identifying strategies to improve recruiting initiatives in partnership with Recruiting leaders.
You’ll work with other recruiters to ensure the accuracy of recruiting files/records recruiting systems through daily maintenance and updating; work with team to identify and resolve data discrepancies and serve as integral part of broader Brazil and Latam recruiting teams by actively participating in weekly calls, including keeping current on best practices and systematically gathering competitive intelligence. You’ll also lead and contribute to projects within the Firm recruiting community and broader LatAm recruiting team.
