PuSH Hub - Healthcare Research Analyst - EEMA - Moscow
Who you’ll work with

You will in our Moscow office as part of the Public Sector and Healthcare (PuSH) practice and will work with our Knowledge Network team and PuSH partners and consultants focusing on research in the healthcare industry.

What you’ll do

You will provide research support on the Healthcare industry to consulting teams and expand McKinsey proprietary models and tools for the region and developing perspectives on a variety of topics relevant to the clients.

As the member of PuSH practice focused on healthcare, your main goal will be to support the leadership of the sector to achieve their strategic goals and help them to codify knowledge. In your day-to-day work, you will need to articulate, scope, and prioritize research needs, and identify and gather relevant company, industry, and economic information using a broad spectrum of appropriate sources. You will also learn how to navigate internal knowledge of McKinsey and incorporate it in your end products. Additionally, you will provide synthesis, insight, and practical implications within tight deadlines in the form of slides and presentations, written summaries and Excel files.

You’ll have the opportunity to engage in team problem solving, share evolving business trends and best practices, and contribute to knowledge creation initiatives.
Your goal is to continue to build knowledge of the healthcare industry as well as to identify, review, and maintain information sources and databases.
Prepare high-end proposal materials including qualification documents, CV books, case studies, references library, etc.

  • Bachelor and/or master's degree from top universities in related fields (Healthcare, biology, MPA, Public Healthcare etc.). PhD in any science field is a plus. Medical doctor with focus on research are also welcome.
  • 1-3 years work experience in related industries would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (both oral and written)
  • Solid understanding of economic, financial and general business concepts and terminology
  • Experience in conducting business or academic research
  • Comprehensive computer skills including database searching, power point, word processing, spreadsheet analysis and online research
  • Positive approach to high-pressure time-demands
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
