You’ll work with our Energy Insights team in Wroclaw. The Market Analytics Manager will work directly with client teams on high impact analytical projects and lead a team of 10-20 highly skilled market analytics professionals who contribute to McKinsey’s research on global oil demand both for the short and long term.

You will be responsible for business model development through your entrepreneurial approach towards building high value services and products, leveraging web technologies, big data and analytics and create high level broad content base and awareness of similar products in the market.
As the local manager for the Energy Insights Market Analytics team in Wroclaw, you will lead recruiting, onboarding, developing / coaching, evaluating and promotion of the team as well as staffing, day-to-day management of their workload, including check-ins, process coordination and mentorship.
You will actively build a network at universities in Poland and beyond, to establish a knowledge network and create a recruiting infrastructure and also focus on building an internal McKinsey network and partnering with consulting teams and or external organizations to help the team move forward and bring new distinctive insights.
