You'll work with in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Products Practice  team in San Jose, Costa Rica as part of our Knowledge Network. You will work with consultants, clients or internal teams to prepare complex data analyses and models that help solve client problems and deliver significant measurable impact. Our global knowledge network includes more than 1,800 knowledge professionals who work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge. You will work with this group to help develop, codify, sanitize, and manage our global knowledge portal, which includes more than 50,000 documents that form the backbone of our firm's knowledge management.

What you’ll do

As a PMP Knowledge Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for knowledge development and dissemination within the practice.  

Initial focus of the role will be on Digital & Analytics (70%), which may be adjusted over time based on practice priority and needs. In this position, you will draw on your exceptional creativity, initiative, enthusiasm, organizational and analytical skills – in a highly collaborative and professional team environment – to create, maintain, and continuously improve our knowledge foundation. The coordinator will work closely with colleagues at all levels of the organization to capture the ‘latest and greatest’ of the firm’s knowledge and offerings.Some of your main responsibiities for the knowledge and cliente development support would be to capture and codify best practices, qualifications, LOPs, use case examples (including videos) and other centralized documents; track the client pipeline, including client discussions, LOPs, and engagement; map out the suite of PMP offerings globally (including solutions and service lines) and create crisp client and internal communications around those. 
As for the knowledge operations tasks, you would be in charge of managing the analytics and digital microsite (e.g., document and video sanitization and upload, tracking usage metrics, continue to improve microsite based on user feedback, liaising with developers) and linkage to other digital / analytic groups and sites (e.g., Digital Mckinsey, PMP intranet), developing and implementing internal communication/ dissemination plan (e.g. PMP Digital Hub newsletter), supporting knowledge related leadership and team meetings (e.g. Digital SteerCo, Analytics Community meeting), as well as supporting external reach & relevance initiatives (e.g. Digital roundtables).

  • An undergraduate degree from a respected institution with demonstrated analytical expertise is required.
  • Three plus years of operational experience preferably working in a research or business environment
  • Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic business tools
