You will join our Jakarta office as part of our Visual Graphics Design team.

What you’ll do

As the Visual Graphic Specialist, you will work closely with our consultants, assisting them in developing high impact presentations as well as translating concepts and ideas into well-designed PowerPoint presentations for client meetings in spite of working in a fast-paced environment and usually under tight timelines.
The primary responsibilities would include creating and editing high-impact PowerPoint charts, consistent with McKinsey guidelines/Firm format, transferring non-standard charts (e.g., client-formatted) to McKinsey templates,coordinating production activities for short and long-term client assignment and working with colleagues to manage production workflow.

You would have to work closely with consultants on improving the visual presentation of information, proofread documents to ensure the quality standards are met, and take on other ad hoc responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. 

  • 1-3 years experience in a desktop publishing environment.
  • Course in Visual Graphics Design or related subject.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite with emphasis on PowerPoint; strong eye for layout and design.
  • Strong command of the English language in both written and oral communications.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Adobe software knowledge is an advantage
  • Proactive and detail-oriented; Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Resilient and mature.    
  • Results oriented.  Can work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
