You'll work in Chicago with our Finalta team, one of our McKinsey Solutions and part of New Ventures.
Finalta is the global leader in Financial Services benchmarking, best practice analysis and performance improvement consulting. We work more than 250 leading financial services firms in more than 50 countries. We provide clients with an objective assessment of their performance against peers, identify and quantify opportunities for improvement, and enable them to track their results over time. Finalta is a wholly owned subsidiary of McKinsey & Company, however we operate independently under our own brand and management team.
In 2013, we launched our first activities in North America and already work with most of the leading Financial Services firms in the region. Our work addresses some of the most critical business issues facing firms today, including topics like growth in digital banking, multichannel optimization, and customer growth and cross sell. As a rapidly growing organization, we offer exciting opportunities for career development, where effective leadership and achievement are quickly recognized and rewarded. We foster an entrepreneurial culture and operate in small team environment where everyone plays a role in shaping our growth and expansion in North America.
New Ventures is a recently formed part of McKinsey focused on fostering innovations driven by analytics, design thinking, mobile, social and other technologies and integrating them into our client work. It is a foundation for—and expands our investment in—our entrepreneurial culture.
McKinsey Solutions is a core part of New Ventures and offers practical tools that help people at all levels of an organization generate insights they need to address both strategic and day-to-day decisions. These solutions complement McKinsey's traditional client service and are delivered in many ways, including subscriptions, workshops, training programs and project-based engagements. We work closely with clients to embed our tools, analytics and expertise, and provide on-going support to help them build the capabilities they need to revolutionize how decisions are made.
