You'll work in Poznan as part of our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Experienced Professional (EP) recruiting team, an internal hiring function dedicated to identifying, attracting and on-boarding the best professional talent across the region.
You’ll lead a team of 8-10 junior talent research analysts, report into the EMEA EP Recruiting Manager in London and work with Recruiters from our main 3 hubs (London, Munich & Amsterdam) as well as with our practices, offices, and special initiative cells across EMEA.
Due to the great impact our direct sourcing services are having with our international internal clients, our Research team has grown and we’ve now created this role. You'll lead and co-ordinate the local team, you'll set best practices and you'll lead by example in delivering highest quality recruitment research that drives our recruitment approach and ensure we lead the way in the war for talent.
We have an amazing team, currently 5 strong growing to 10, of highly talented individuals, from a variety of backgrounds, who are driven to find the best talent in the region. Your role will be to provide guidance and mentorship across the Research team, co-ordinate delivery, balance team capacity, drive recruiting and on-boarding efforts to grow the team and of course ensure the delivery of industry leading research that allows us to bring the best people to the Firm.
To be at the top of our game and offer internal clients exceptional service, you will monitor and set best practice standards for the team's service quality and improve workflow, processes and reporting. To ensure we are at the cutting edge we want you to keep abreast of novel, high impact talent research methodologies (attend knowledge training days, collect intelligence from the marketplace, identify trends and patterns) and make them part of the day to day research experience. You'll also be expected to develop the skills and capabilities across our own team and share your knowledge with members of our wider recruiting community across EMEA.
You will have the opportunity to further your research and recruiting experience, representing our firm and working across boundaries (geography, industry and level). You’ll turn profile requirements into effective name generation sourcing strategies, identify industries and companies to focus on and functions and skills to target. You’ll find prospective targets using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing tools, even the old telephone, to build profiles of individuals and create reports to share your great work with stakeholders and ensure our application tracking system is all up to date.
