You'll work in Poznan with our finance and administration team and support the Global and Regional Finance Operations. You'll be part of an international office environment full of people with passion, energy and ambitions to accomplish their goals.

What you’ll do

In this role you will support the Global and Regional Finance Operations and liaise among all stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Finance Business Analyst works across all levels of an organization and may be involved in everything from process design, methodology development to project management. You will be an agent of change, which means that you will be expected to execute a disciplined approach for introducing and managing change to organizations. Your responsibilities will also include profound understanding of stakeholders and business needs, assessing the impact of changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and procedures, developing & implementing tools or streamlining existing procedures and tools as necessary, as well as ensuring compliance of all these aspects with established policies.

  • Experience in similar role and environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Access & PowerPoint
  • University degree
  • Confidence in communicationg with various levels of authority
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Holistic & analytical way of thinking
  • Good understanding of contractual and commercial aspects as well as process and internal control systems
