You will will work with, manage and act as a role model to the local team of 6-8 Recruiters based in McKinsey's European Shared Services Center in Poznan. With our current leader moving into another position in the Firm, our Poznan Recruiting team is looking for a new leader, but not just any leader. We need someone who can take our department to the next level while interfacing with managers and senior leaders in our Center.
As the Recruiting Manager you will work with, manage and act as a role model to the local team of Recruiters and Recruiting Administrators (students). You will be responsible for managing internal client relationships, shaping and delivering the recruiting strategy to achieve agreed goals, as well as identification and escalation of recruiting concerns and risks. You will also represent the European Service Center (ESC) Recruiting function during leadership meetings, run regular analyses and present reports to internal stakeholders.
Some of your key responsibilities will involve guiding and helping the Recruiting team to source, choose and employ the best quality talents available, and ensuring that the recruitment targets are met within tight deadlines and the rapidly changing business demands. You will use knowledge of market and industry trends, study labor market data and competitor trends to develop sourcing plans and strategies. You will also lead some recruiting projects and develop and implement special initiatives to continuously improve recruiting efforts.
Internal stakeholders will also be your focus. You will manage the internal client relationships to understand business goals and anticipate talent needs, as well as build a strong communication, knowledge and personal relationship network locally, and with recruiting leaders in the Firm and other geographic offices. You will also generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and ESC Leadership.
Serving as the first point of contact for the assigned service function you will address and resolve requests, concerns and inquiries and communicate internal and external changes in recruiting activities when required.
