Who you’ll work with

As Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist you will become a member of local Recruiting Team based in McKinsey's Poznan office SSC. 

What you’ll do

You will run end-to-end recruiting operations for various service lines in our Shared Services Center in Poznan, including developing/revising search strategies and assessment techniques. As a local member of the ESC Recruiting team you will closely collaborate with team members as well as effectively partner with our hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to meet the hiring targets.

One key responsibility will be to closely monitor the local recruiting market and launch/drive employer branding initiatives to attract the best possible talent. You will focus on related recruiting projects, such as campus recruiting, social media, web and local market presence, training and workshops for candidates, direct search and referral campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in HR, marketing or communication
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Experience in Employer Branding activities as organizing job fairs, preparing  posts in social media, organizing campus events 
  • Excellent English skills (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relations
  • Very good operational and organizational skills
  • Ability to generate solutions independently, strong drive for results
  • Creativity and talent to create appealing content regarding recruiting marketing
