You'll work with our Marketing Navigator team in either Delhi or Gurgaon. Marketing Navigator is part of McKinsey Solutions and McKinsey’s New Ventures.
Marketing Navigator integrates marketing data and insights from multiple sources such as big data analytics, consumer surveys, and management expertise into a single powerful, web-based solution. With simple designs and visualization, it simulates and optimizes marketing spend allocation across brands, geographies, marketing instruments, and campaigns and helps shape brand positioning and consumer messaging.

These solutions complement McKinsey's traditional client service and are delivered in many ways, including subscriptions, workshops, training programs and project-based engagements. We work closely with clients to embed our tools, analytics and expertise, and provide on-going support to help them build the capabilities they need to revolutionize how decisions are made.
You will work with McKinsey consulting teams and clients to help solve client business issues/identify business opportunities by taking a Marketing Return-on-Investment (MROI) perspective and applying the Marketing Navigator solution.
You'll advise McKinsey client service teams on analytical options to address their specific needs, including discussing potential analytical approaches to problems, associated costs, trade-offs, and recommendations. You'll translate input from quantitative analyses into specific and actionable business recommendations, and you'll leverage the Marketing Navigator solution to support client service teams with best practice tools and techniques. Additionally, you'll support the Marketing Navigator team in client development efforts with ad hoc analysis, problem solving on best analytical approach and demonstrations based on (sanitized) client work
You'l also have the opportunity to develop and maintain standard analytical models and analytical approaches that can be re-used across clients, as well as analysis cases or demos environments highlighting specific use cases. You'll develop and codify industry-level insights and knowledge, you'll run internal training programs on analytical approaches for consultants and experts, and you'll support internal information requests. Over time, you'll identify new areas of application or use cases for our Marketing Navigator database and help to embed these.
Your success will be measured in your ability to deliver analysis and business changing insights to clients, in effectively leveraging the Marketing Navigator solution and other tools, as well as your ability to turn one-off models into repeatable and more standard analytical approaches and models. Client and client service team communications are also key, as is being responsible for day-to-day client interactions.
