Our Experienced Professional recruitment team is looking for a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Warsaw or Poznan.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a dynamic recruiter with broad-based capabilities – but with deep experience, and more importantly, true passion for direct sourcing candidates. You will own and manage the hiring of digital and analytics profiles for the firm (McKinsey Solutions, Advanced Analytics and Digital Labs).

Within this exciting new role, you will have an excellent opportunity to work across multiple boundaries (geography, industry and level). Working independently you will build trust-based relationships with hiring managers, and consultants, and will have the opportunity to be a true thought partner. You will own and shape your candidate's experience in our process.

Core tasks:

  • Turning profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, and other relevant methods to target active and passive candidates
  • Lead and support candidates through the recruiting process, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, timely feedback, acceptance rates, and appropriate utilization of consultant time
  • Manage cultivation and integration into the Firm
  • Keep abreast of cutting-edge knowledge of topics relevant to recruiting area (attend knowledge training days, collect intelligence from the marketplace, identify trends and patterns)
  • Expertly manage and develop 3rd party recruiting resources (search firms, research contractors, job boards, etc.)
  • Serve as an active member of the core EP team in areas such as tracking key success and performance metrics and identifying and recommending opportunities to improve our process and candidate experience
  • Build your coaching skills by developing the capabilities of other members of the recruiting team

Requirements/Desired Skills:
  • 2-6 years of recruiting experience gained while working within an executive search or corporate recruiting (direct sourcing) function focused on identifying, attracting and hiring highly talented individuals who are in great demand
  • Extensive experience and success in conducting executive searches
  • Ideally some experience with hiring niche profiles with a technology, digital or analytics background (client and professional services experience is attractive also)
  • Comfort in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting candidates including highly developed skills in market mapping, name generation, cold calling, candidate attraction, and client management
  • Goal driven and flexible, has the ability to proactively take initiative and is comfortable working with minimal direction and some ambiguity
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and team skills; ability to build working relationships with candidates, consultants, and recruiting colleagues
  • Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with excel and power point and CRM-based or other candidate tracking systems
  • University degree preferred
