We are seeking a Talent Research Analyst with distinctive research capability.
 
As a Talent Research Analyst, you will interact with a dynamic and highly collaborative team and be responsible for leveraging your broad business knowledge and enthusiasm for conducting research while building deep business and market intelligence as a core member of the New Client Service Offering Team's Experienced Professional (EP) recruiting team. Your creativity, drive and passion for continuous learning will enable you to develop market perspectives and become a trusted advisor that successfully synthesizes data into quality, actionable end products from multiple data threads for the identification, attraction and recruitment of highly qualified Experienced Professional candidates. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting end-to-end talent research in response to specific role profiles, including sourcing information from internal as well as secondary data sources, analyzing and synthesizing this information and creating well organized, concise end products
  • Collaborating with EP Recruiter(s) to design creative sourcing strategies from profile requirements resulting in identifying qualified candidates
  • Conducting market mapping exercises that facilitate analysis of talent landscapes
  • Developing  true thought partnership with our EP Recruiter(s) and building knowledge spikes and expertise around specific sectors or functions
  • Contributing to the development of skills and capabilities of other members of the Talent Research Team by coaching and mentoring colleagues, helping to design and deliver training programs and enhancing our overall research and recruiting capabilities
  • Leveraging the firm’s proprietary recruiting management system (Reach) in your daily activities

Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
  • Demonstrated research experience and expert user of Boolean search methodology, preferably gained while working for an executive search or corporate recruiting function
  • Strong prospecting experience using LinkedIn, but also highly creative and strategic in utilizing other posting/sourcing resources as well to find diverse profiles
  • Desired (but not required) previous experience in technology, big data, or analytics sector 
  • Goal driven, proactively takes initiative and is comfortable working with minimal direction with a globally dispersed team
  • Solid interpersonal, communication and team skills; ability to cultivate trust-based working relationships with consultants and recruiting colleagues alike
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity particularly in the context of evolving search parameters or timelines
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; at ease with abundance of details, yet mindful of big picture; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and carry them out independently
  • Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Excel and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong client services orientation; professional services experience attractive
  • Fluent oral and written English language proficiency required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
Location:  Gurgaon, India.
