Who you’ll work with

You'll work in our Poznan office as part of our firm's HR administrative support teams. It's a great team of highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills who feel at ease with reaching out to people at all tenure levels in a multicultural environment. Given the broad scope of the Industry L2 program, we need a real team player, who is also comfortable in working with such a group.

What you’ll do

As an Industry L2 Administrator/Coordinator you will be responsible for a range of administrative and infrastructure management tasks related to one (or two) of the Industry L2 affiliation programs. 

In this role you will work closely with Managers of Learning/L2 of the assigned focus practice(s) as well as the entire Industry L2 support team to ensure the sign-up and administration processes run smoothly and are managed well. Moreover, you will maintain program databases and support the enhancement of the program processes. 

For the assigned focus Industry, you will manage the L2 sign-up process by tracking nominated candidates as well as applicants and follow through on status of sign-up. Moreover, you shall track, maintain and update database entries on people’s expertise, knowledge, preference, availability and other information in the relevant systems. 

Some of your responsibilities would also cover such areas as being first point of contact for Industry L2 members on all program-related matters, supporting mentorship value proposition of Industry L2 by setting-up and running developmental discussions, and creating and distributing global staffing opportunity overviews. 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English language skills; additional language skills a plus
  • Ideally 2-4 years' experience in complex administrative roles, preferably in professional services environment, HR administration experience would be an additional asset
  • Flexibility to work overtime (due to time differences) and travel as needed
  • Ability to communicate clearly, in a mature and confident manner, even under pressure and especially when working with senior CSS and leaders
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and organize appropriately and meet deadlines
  • Extremely detail-oriented and solid analytical thinking 
  • Superb interpersonal skills; ability to interact collegially and comfortably with Leaders, CSS and other support team members; team player who has first experiences in leading others and takes initiative and ownership
