Human Resources - Senior HR Administrator w/English - Poznan
Who you’ll work with

You will operate out of our Shared Services Center in Poznan as part of our Human Resources department that serves internal clients across all over EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Region during regular business hours.

What you’ll do

In this role you will provide Human Resources (HR) support and coordinate key HR processes and programs for the colleagues in the region who are part of our New Ventures & Growth Platforms.

You'll coordinate with Professional Development, Recruiting, our Global HR team, and local office HR teams to accomplish your tasks.  You'll coordinate the External Workers process for EMEA by serving as the point of contact for hiring managers, communicating and explaining policies, ensuring seamless onboarding, extension and exits, monitoring data, and troubleshooting issues/questions.  You'll also manage mobility moves for EMEA, including initiating transfer memos, submitting data in ePeople (our internal system), and coordinating with sending and receiving local offices.

Your duties will also focus on providing input and participating in various operational, workflow process and team efficiency improvement initiatives.  When applicable, you will send input to stakeholders and teammates in sharing best practices identified. You will also lead and contribute to Global HR projects. In this role you shall also train and mentor more junior team members by providing guidance in questions or concerns related to HR systems or Firm HR admin procedures. 

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or related field
  • Preferably 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Good verbal and written language skills both in English (C1) 
  • Solid knowledge of basic computer applications
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong workload organizational & prioritization skills, with eye for detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Taking ownership of initiatives and tasks
