You’ll be working in Germany with our Marketing & Sales practice as a Fellow.
The Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help client in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management.
As part of this two year fellowship program, you will become an experienced and highly-trained consultant within the core areas of marketing and sales.
As a member of our European Marketing & Sales Practice, you will have unique opportunities to draw on your knowledge to shape the future of our clients and to create something of your own.
You will work in a team with fellow colleagues and with clients from a variety of industries and countries to solve strategic and operational problems under the instruction of Senior Managers. In collaboration with colleagues from around the world, you will contribute to the further development of proprietary McKinsey concepts as well as ensure that the knowledge and conceptual basis in the Marketing & Sales Practice are kept up to date with the latest advances in the field.
During the fellowship program, you will acquire the knowledge you need to help companies achieve excellence in marketing and sales and you will apply your expertise in a variety of projects. Under the mentorship of leaders and experts in this practice, you will biweekly dedicate one day to building up functional expertise together with other colleagues. It is possible to follow up the program with a third year, during which you can work on a further academic degree.
