Who you’ll work with

You'll join our Global Reporting Team (GRT) in the Tampa Service Center (TSC) located in St. Petersburg, FL, as a Financial Analyst supporting North American (NA) Finance. 

The Tampa Service Center (TSC) opened in May 2010 to provide Executive Assistant and Human Resources support to our North American offices. The TSC has expanded to become a hub for NA Finance and is home to 450+ colleagues within administration, recruiting, analytics, design, learning, benefits and other roles.

GRT is responsible for producing many standard monthly reports, growth opportunity identification and prioritization, analysis of pricing, planning and forecasting, analysis of key economic drivers, cost redesign, and action-oriented management analysis, as well as various other high profile special projects senior leadership decision-making.

What you’ll do

You will work with NA Finance leadership to design new value added reporting and refine existing reporting as needed.

You will identify insights from reports to provide concise synthesis commentary and assist in follow-on ad hoc data analysis. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis including variance analysis, operating metrics, office dashboards etc., and support the NA Director of Finance and NA Manager of Finance; prepare financial/statistical reporting for Regional leadership meetings.

  • 4 year college degree preferably in the area of Finance – graduate degree is a plus 
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of work experience with exposure to various areas of Finance – generally in a role where you have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in teams and strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in dynamic model building and design a plusA strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth and an eagerness to learn 
  • Experience leading, scoping and syndicating projects, in many cases having multiple benefactors
  • The ability to influence others through well-organized ideas, while making suggestions that are thought provoking
  • Experience facilitating planning/budgeting for cells, business units and/or regions
  • Committed to fact-based analysis and modeling as a way to solve most challenging problems 
  • Strong competence with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of MS Access
  • Ability to structure new and sometimes ambiguous problems in a way that creates clear deliverables and outputs
  • Enjoy working in teams
