Who you’ll work with

You’ll work with our Corporate Finance (CF) practice in Stockholm.

Our CF practice combines deep financial expertise with exclusive tools to help the CFO maximize value. Once limited to the finance function, the CFO is now, more than ever before, a strategic partner accountable for creating value across the entire business. We have the expertise to support CFOs as they transform the finance organization, shape portfolio strategies, undertake major investment and financing decisions, and communicate with investors.

What you’ll do

You will advise clients in all industries on transaction and finance-related topics, working in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants.

You’ll play an active role in all aspects of client engagement, including gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

Projects in the Corporate Finance practice are likely to include M&A strategy definition, M&A-based growth programs in line with overall corporate strategy (e.g., target screening and selection) and strategic due diligences. You may also work on projects related to post-transaction management, portfolio and capital market strategies, value-based management and corresponding implementation topics, just to highlight a few possibilities. Through these experiences, you’ll expand your knowledge on and gain deep insights into value creation through transactions and in the finance function of leading companies from a top management perspective.

Associates receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams. This support includes a Partner from your local office or practice assigned to you to help guide your career as well as up to five weeks of formal training in your first two years as an Associate.
