Who you’ll work with

You'll work in our Poznań office as part of our firm's Administrative Support Team. The Office Support Team provides invaluable support to the Poznań office, maintaining a welcoming and professional reception and conference room area. The Office Support Team also helps to maintain an efficient office environment.

What you’ll do

You'll be responsible for the day to day administrative support of our office in Poznań. You will maintain a welcoming and professional reception in Polish and English. You will be able to help with preparation prior to meetings, maintain vendor relations and manage related logistics (deliveries, hotel and taxi bookings etc.). You will monitor stock and manage orders as necessary. You will be tasked with preparation of reports and managing office communication.

  • Excellent command of English language proficiency – both verbal and written
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to cope with numerous demands from various people at the same time and to prioritize work effectively, while keeping agreed upon deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a collaborative working style
