Team Assistant - English Speaker - Eastern Europe - Poznan
Who you’ll work with

You'll work in our Poznań office as part of our firm's administrative support teams. Our assistants support multiple consultants across the EMEA region, using a number of foreign languages. They proactively manage very busy diaries working across international time zones and locations and have the ability to provide high-quality support under tight deadlines.

What you’ll do

You'll organize and maintain calendars for assigned consultant project teams.

Day-to-day tasks may include providing a range of remote administrative support in English, i.e.: travel scheduling, meeting planning, team events organization and expense report submission. Your responsibilities will also include managing communication in a professional manner, as well as effective collaboration with other assistants, clients, teams and other contacts. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to support the planning and execution of ad-hoc projects, conferences and other off-site meetings. 

  • Secondary education/college degree
  • 2 years of professional experience in an administrative, corporate environment
  • Very good verbal and written language skills in English (C1 level)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows applications
