VA - Process Planner/Request Coordinator - German - Eastern Europe - Poznan
Who you’ll work with

You will be working with McKinsey consultants, providing them with high-quality services and also closely cooperating with other colleagues in the EMEA region. As a Request Coordinator you will facilitate the interaction between our consultants and visual graphics specialists, who create business presentations according to the consultants’ needs.

What you’ll do

You will mainly categorize incoming requests and enquiries for further processing steps and ensure proper documentation is recorded in the internal system. Additionally you will review and classify requests based on their content and related estimated effort. Moreover, you will check for completeness and clarity, follow-up with requestor for clarification if needed; assess and confirm deadlines as well as assign requests to specific production resources to ensure optimal quality and timeliness of execution. Furthermore you will ensure effective utilization of production resources; anticipate and resolve capacity bottlenecks in the intake and/or production environment. 

  • Academic degree in linguistics, business, administration or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/language skills both in German and English (minimum C1plus - CEFR1 or equivalent)
  • Initial professional experience in a German-speaking customer service environment
  • IT literacy and experience in working with MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends/public holidays
  • Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Exceptional customer focus and the willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to work and stay focused under pressure
  • Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
