You will be a member of the Global Reporting Team located in Poznan, Poland, that focuses on financial key performing indicators, and due to the special focus on people related metrics, you will work in close connection to the firm’s personnel analysis and reporting team.
In this role you will report key people metrics (e.g. staff size, arrivals progress, departures, transfers, etc.) on a monthly basis to Senior Leadership, Finance and other groups. You will answer ad hoc requests around people metrics from the regional team as well as local Personnel Development (PD) and Finance by extracting data from various reporting systems and collaboration with the recruiting analytics colleagues.
You shall also assist the regional leadership team in headcount planning for the Western Europe, including 7 integrated offices, various functions/industries and new venture platforms with different specifics. This includes collecting and analyzing relevant historical data, developing and running prediction models and researching drivers of differences between actual and planned headcount.
Additionally, you will carry out various analyses for the regional leadership team and the Office’s PD groups in areas such as performance, diversity, experience, and more. This includes manipulating data, building models and summarizing results
