You’ll be working with McKinsey’s Operations practice in Saudi Arabia. Our Operations practice assists our clients in solving complex operational challenges. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, our teams of consultants and experts work to develop and implement operational strategies that solve our clients' most critical problems.
You will engage with clients on a diverse range of learning content in a format that combines formal teaching, practical experience, peer learning, and more.
Your fundamental objective is to build leadership skills across a broad cohort of future leaders by leveraging McKinsey’s expert network and proven business knowledge. Your role is to guide mid-level managers through their development journey in a 3- to 9-month program.
Coaches are embedded in client organizations five days a week and work with ready-made learning materials. The capability-building journey involves multiple delivery formats based on a “field and forum” model, combining formal teaching with on-the-job learning. This delivery model includes forum learning in large group sessions, one-on-one sessions, small group reflection sessions, and on-the-job shadowing.
