You’ll be working in one of our offices in Asia Pacific with our Marketing & Sales practice, focusing specifically in Financial Services.

The Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help client in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management.

What you’ll do

You will lead highly analytic client engagements, understand and translate clients’ business needs into specific and concrete analytic plans. Y

Your work will likely focus on elements of pricing strategy, tariff optimization, leakage/discount management, or advanced pricing techniques. Additionally, you may be responsible for leading work in segmentation product redesign, marketing spend optimization, marketing ROI and branding strategy, customer value/lifecycle optimization and campaign management as well as customer experience and sales effectiveness and transformation.

Your key responsibilities include designing, developing, refreshing and supporting the day-to-day analytics requirements of clients’ key marketing processes (e.g. response modeling, churn, acquisition, assortment), to improve their impact and ensure sustained improvement.

Leveraging your expertise, you will advise our clients as well as other consulting colleagues. You will be a key source of intellectual insight on a client project, framing business problems in a way that the team can then execute to drive client value.

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 12-15 years of business experience using analytics to drive business/marketing results in, ideally, information-dense and customer-facing roles
  • Experience in a client service-oriented role, with particular understanding of Marketing functions/organizations
  • Extensive experience managing analytic resources (e.g., statistical, data, econometric), both on-shore and off-shore, to create meaningful and measurable business impact
  • A proven track record of establishing positive client relationships that leads to generating repeat and/or new business development opportunities and successful client engagements
  • Proven thought leadership within his/her industry space including production, syndication/publication of ‘marketable’ knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
